 Domestic Shipping Policy

Canada: Cutler Kitchen and Bath offers free shipping on all orders.* This offer currently only applies to Canadian residents. The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and The Yukon do not qualify for free shipping currently. For shipping inquiries to The Canadian Territories, please contact our support team at orders@cutlergroup.com.

USA: Cutler Kitchen and Bath offers free shipping on all orders.* This offer currently only applies to residents within the contiguous USA. For shipping inquiries to additional states, please contact our support team at orders@cutlergroup.com.


Shipping Methods:


• Standard Ground Shipping

    • This includes Canada Post, UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or some other common carrier that provides insurance and tracking for small packages. Most standard, small sized, orders are eligible for FREE Ground Shipping throughout Canada and the USA.* Exclusions may apply to larger box items.

• Freight or "LTL"

    • This is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized items such as vanities, large mirrors, etc. As these are placed onto a pallet, require a scheduled delivery, and extra insurance, the cost to ship by this method is more expensive. Most standard freight orders are eligible for FREE Shipping throughout Canada and the USA.* Exclusions may apply to remote / rural locations.


*Oversized products are only available to ship with curbside delivery. We do not deliver oversized products into the home.

*Free shipping for Canadian or USA residents may not be possible to remote or rural locations. In the situation that we are unable ship your order, you will be notified via email. An additional fee may be required to fulfill the order if your address is deemed remote.



Shipment Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Upon order placement, a confirmation email will be sent, and a shipping label will be created for the product(s). Once your order has been processed an email containing shipping and tracking information will be sent to you.

In stock items ship within 2-5 business days from the date of order. For items that are not in stock, you will be notified of approximate delivery time via email.

For oversized items, most transit companies will give a courtesy call with a delivery window prior to delivery.

All shipping times are approximate, and Cutler Kitchen and Bath cannot be held liable for delays.

*Orders placed after 4:00PM EST Monday to Friday will not be processed until the following business day.
