I feel this item was seriously overpriced. It is attractive, but the materials and labor involved do not correspond with the price. For the cost something other than a plastic sink should have been included as well as mounting brackets and faucet.

Love this vanity, the only reason I didnt give it a five stars is because it required a lot of work to install it. Unfortunately it did not line up with the pipes properly and our plumber had to adjust the pipes but also cut a part of the drawers to make it all fit.
