I ordered this vanity because it was exactly what I was looking for—but that’s where the excitement ended. The item was listed as in stock and ready to ship immediately, which turned out to be completely inaccurate. After multiple emails back and forth, I kept getting vague promises like “it’ll ship next week,” followed by new excuses such as “the shipper didn’t arrive to pick it up.” This went on for months.
After six months, I finally received a shipping confirmation. By that point, my master bathroom had already been finished for four months, and I had to bring my contractor back out just to install the vanity.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The sink didn’t fit into the vanity as it should have. We initially thought it would be a simple cosmetic adjustment and modified the vanity so the sink and countertop would sit flush. However, when installing the top center drawer, it hit the sink—forcing us to cut and modify the drawer as well.
In total, I had to alter this vanity twice just to make the components fit together properly. For the price and the wait time, this level of poor design and quality control is unacceptable.
I strongly recommend staying away from this company. I wish I had purchased elsewhere.
